We stayed 5 Nights with my wife. Good service at all and very very good location. Room light needs to be more lighted. Also they keep our bags after checkout because our flight was at night. We could visit more for this help.

Good things: location and view, beds are semi comfortable, big room. Bad things: 1. Rude owner - the front desk person let me check in early around 9 am, and then asked me to get out with my bags (when I already unpacked and was about to take a shower) without any explanation and wait for the owner to come to the hotel, wait till my check in time. I wasn't sure what's happening, until the owner arrived and start telling me that they usually don't check-in people early, that's not the business they do there. I should have paid for that time. Well, nobody even give me that option to pay for the early check in. And I was planning to stay there for almost a week. Then he started yelling at me, lift his hands up when I said that was not a great customer service. It felt so disrespectful and not welcoming at all. My first visit of Istambul and this type of interaction. He appogized for his behavior later when I was back at 4pm. Still, the weirdest interaction I've experienced in Turkey. 2. The balcony has a good view but very dirty, dusty, and has some old, random stained chairs 3. The 3rd bed was next to the wall with rocks where you could easily hit your head or scratch your arm of that. Be careful or cautious of that wall. 4. The bathroom is rundown with small things falling apart and moldy part on a bathtub...

It was a nice 1 week stay in Valdivia hotel. Nothing bad to mention. Location is breathtaking, 5 minutes walking to Hagia Sofia mosque. Staff is extra friendly, room was clean and had a balcony on the side of courtyard (which is normal in Turkey, it’s better because it’s more quiet there). Excellent place to stay if you take a trip to visit some of the greatest landmarks in Istanbul. Next door you can find a couple grocery stores, restaurants (prices too high for a regular Turkish cuisine, better go somewhere else), bars, working almost 24/7. 7-10 minutes walking to sultanahment tram station, 15 minutes walking to Grand Bazaar. I highly recommend this place

In the busiest of areas with no place to stop at the hotel itself. No elevator and the stairs to the place are steep and narrow. Rooms aren't great with the TV not working (even after asking maintenance to have a look) and the view from our balcony looked directly into the next apartment block. No breakfast (or place for any) available and the restaurant you have to walk through to get to the hotel has below average food at extraordinary prices, much like most of the restaurants on the street. Walking distance from Sofia Hagia but this street in particular is a nightmare with traffic. We tried to get a taxi to Karaköy from the street but no taxi driver would even consider it because the traffic was too much. I'd recommend against staying in this area in general, moreso at any hotel in this street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
