Wow! The Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya is gorgeous! The tropical setting is exactly what I imagined for my Caribbean beach getaway. The service was impeccable with staff that were extremely accommodating and friendly. The many themed restaurants, food trucks, bars and coffee shop offered a variety of delicious food and drink. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean with stocked mini bar and turn down service each evening. Then, there's Dora......the outgoing, loving, fun, hardworking Public Relations employee of the Valentin. She stopped by each day of our stay to ensure we were enjoying everything the resort had to offer making us feel like VIP guests. I cannot say enough great things about our trip to beautiful Mexico!

Just got back from our trip, and we were highly impressed with our entire week. The location, rooms, service, and food were great. The resort is nestled away, very secluded. The beach is beautiful and sandy, and there a ton of areas to get shade as well. We enjoyed all of the entertainment options as well. It’s a great mix of quiet (when you want it) and fun (when you want it). We’re parents of young kids, and it was a great in between spot to unwind. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time, Dora was fantastic. My phone charging had broke and Dora brought me a charging system from her home for me to have. Way above and beyond her call of duty. Everyone made us very comfortable and helped us with many different things we needed as I had recent surgery on my knee. They got me a mobility scooter right away. The rooms were always clean, and well stocked. I would definitely recommend Valentine imperial to anyone. Thanks again Dora, You are a great asset to The resort!

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. From the rooms, to the food, the resort layout, the beach and all the staff -- perfect! While we would love to 'call out' certain staff members - every staff member was friendly and wanting to ensure we had everything we needed. Dora would always find us and took the time to check in and to make sure everything was satisfactory. We went on a bike tour and Isabel made it a lot of fun - highly recommend as its a great way to see the whole resort! What we enjoyed the most was the overall layout of the resort -- if you were in a mood to 'party' it could easily be found but if you wanted a place for quiet and relaxation that was just as easy to be found (and the party sounds did not interrupt or carry over). Or if you were looking for something in between party and relax -- yup that was easy to find too!!! We even witnessed a large group that had 'over indulged' and were 'VERY' loud and obnoxious during dinner at the steak house restaurant -- Angel politely handled the situation to ensure the other guests would not have their dinner interrupted by this group - Well done, Angel. We stayed in building 7 on the 3rd floor-- while we do not spend much time in our room, the housekeeping was fantastic. There were times when we had returned to our room late from a day at the pool/beach. Well, after turn down service (when beach towels are replaced) and within minutes of requesting - we had fresh beach towels! Any room requests for additional coffee or water etc., were always met. Again - all the staff were fantastic - so if you ever run into an issue or something is not to your liking - take a moment to speak to the staff, I am confident they will do their utmost to rectify.

I had a Amazing time here and was so sad to leave. The food is to die for and there are so many options. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.Dora saved us. My mother's phone had gotten wet and couldn't charge. Dora brought in a wireless charger and just gave it to us.Dora was always willing to go out of her way to help us. The activities are always posted to find , my favorite was the magic carpet and watching the aquatic show, and that crew never stops the energy, Isabelle keeps on dancing all day. The shows in the theater are so beautiful, amazing strong dancers. These people work hard to make sure you have the best vacation you can!!! And the drinks were amazing. Albino was an amazing bartender and made the best mango tango!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
