Really lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel mostly speak French as their language but I travelled as a group of 4 females that couldn't speak a word of french and although sometimes it was a little tricky to get our message across, we managed! Even when the staff couldn't understand us they still really tried and were always super friendly and approachable. All of the entertainment was in french which was a little annoying but we also found it highly amusing watching and not knowing what was going on 😂 The hotel has lots of lovely things to do and they also have an excursion office which made it really easy to book things to do. I would 100% return again if I had the chance! Thank you for an incredible holiday 🙂

What I liked: price to value ratio. Christmas dinner food selection was FANTASTIC. Some staff very helpful and professional. Entertaining crew very nice and welcoming. What could be improved: room cleanliness (too many spider webs), snack bar staff attitude (the younger gentleman) behaved like he was being punished every time I asked for coffee and gave me attitude. The gym is a joke, it doesn't exist and absolutely needs new equipment! Common, for a 4 star hotel - this is a must!

Hotel Show team were great, loved the Saturday night theatre! Very friendly staff. Plenty to do on site. It was "out of season" (Nov) so hotel was quieter but weather was hot (30C still during day, 12C at night). Location was a bit far out from town (30 min by taxi and not walkable) however campus was safe and secure. Room was good with comfy bed, air con and good temperature (however no tea making in room, but had a fridge and bottled water provided). Bar was well stocked .

Although online it says it’s in a good location it’s NOT! There are no close by shops except for inside the resort which charges extortionate rates for everything. Staff and managers make things difficult and don’t solve things! Food (buffet style) all inclusive tastes like school dinners and to be honest school dinners probably taste better! Rooms are dim and freezing cold in the evening. Had to request extra blankets as the room temp doesn’t get hotter than 15degrees. Staff seem generally moody unless you are a native or French speaking. Ensure you watch your valuables as we spoke to other hotel room guests and got told their wedding bands were stolen from their room after a “clean”. Lighting is poor, hotel rooms are poor and food is poor! Won’t EVER come back here! And most definitely won’t recommend!!!

I visited here with my mother, and we loved this hotel. The staff were amazing to us. A special shout out to Fatima, both Muhammad's in the restaurant and Mido, who were especially good to us. The rooms were dated but very clean and there was a good choice of food for everyone. It's a little bit away from the centre of the city, but there are plenty of trips to book or a shuttle bus to explore. All in all I thought it was great value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
