Cons: - the hotel failed to provide airport transfer, this was important for me as it was our first time in Istanbul and with 2 kids. - most of the staff does not speak English - the hotel is located in a good area but a bit far from the "tourist center" Pros: - the concierge admitted the error on their side and offered help in other areas as well as support with transfer back to the airport - exquisitely friendly breakfast personnel - very clean, I was a bit worried as I have read some negative opinions about cleanness but either the hotel improved or the opinions were bogus, everything was spotless Overall solid 4/5. Everyone was very friendly and we had a nice stay regardless minor issues.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but my wife and I had such a bad experience with this hotel today that I felt I should warn others who might consider staying here that I DO NOT recommend this hotel. We made our reservation 3 days ago. However, when we arrived at the hotel today they said that they had canceled our reservation. We never got any notice whatsoever, which they themselves admitted - no email, phone call, nothing. Then they said the hotel is fully booked. So we had to find another hotel in the area. They put us in awful situation as we had to scramble around to find a new place and also missed an important meeting because of it. I will certainly NEVER consider trying to stay at this hotel again in the future and highly recommend others do the same.

Spent 3 nights here in April 2022. Great-value hotel especially given its location in the upscale Nisantasi neighbourhood. Staff were wonderful, wifi was reliable and fast, my "economy" room was much bigger and nicer than I had expected for the price and was very clean, and there was even an excellent breakfast included (2 fried eggs, bread basket, cheese, Turkish salami and various spreads). Only drawbacks: although it was very large and well-equipped, my economy room had no window, smelt a little of cigarette smoke, and generally felt a bit stuffy. It turned out the AC only worked for heating, not cooling. I think this problem could be solved if the hotel management put a fan in there. And the shower cubicle had seen better days, but it was clean and the shower worked well. I would happily stay here again - thank you Vali Konak!

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. The hotel is in the wholesale area of the market for women's ball gowns and the like, and during the day everyone is busy shopping and working. However, at the end of the day, the situation calms down and you can have a comfortable night with Experience a little silence. It is also very convenient in terms of access to vehicles and facilities, and the rooms are clean and convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
