The breakfast timings are great. It starts at 6 AM and ends at 10:30 AM. There is a reasonable space for you to walk around the buffet to pick the food you want. Good amount of chairs and tables for families. The service is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Mild has served us on our first day at the hotel for breakfast and she was very kind and attentive to us. I applaud Valia hotel for such amazing staff and good service 👏👏

This hotel was excellent, the rooms were big and spacious and very clean. Amazing service without any issue. Whenever I called for service the things would’ve been there in under 5 minutes (Not food takes around 15-20) minutes. The laundry is really amazing they do it so nice and cleanly but what kills it is the price. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is good and there are halal options but, the food is cold when it’s served at breakfast. The location is kind of tight and there isn’t much space to go around there especially if your on car. In general, this hotel is really good and definitely recommend…

I stayed here for a vacation of 4 nights and 5 days. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are spacious and the food is good. A special thank you to the concierge, Diamond who was always willing to help us whenever we exited or entered the hotel and Joe, the assistant manager who was there to greet us everyday at breakfast and was always working to tend to the guests needs and Mild, the captain who was also friendly and helpful to the guests. A special mention that has to be made about the hotel is that the staff are very attentive and responsive and are ever willing to help. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Bangkok and I recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the Valia hotel, the location is centrally located and is in walking distance to many massage shops, and restaurants. My room was clean, and the buffet breakfast was delicious! Ron, took extremely great care of me and my friend during our visit. He went above and beyond to help plan our excursion; and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel, and my overall experience was amazing!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
