Rooms are too small and noise from the lobby of next room can be easily heard. Cleaning staff and front office was helpful. Location is very good. It has a bus stop right outside the hotel main gate. Pretty safe for female solo travellers as well. Can consider if on a budget.

To be honest I was scared of the other bad reviews but turned out to be very good. Renovated and very clean budget hotel. Small room without window but it is enough for one person or for those who plan to be out all day and come back just for sleep. It is budget but has all essentials and most importantly clean. Close to whampoa market which is an attraction and bus connects to red line mrt. Was happy with stay and will come again.

The receptionist were not at all helpful. They were rude and didn’t even feel like helping the guest for things. Communication is big problem with them . The owner of the hotel or the general manager should take a look into it. We had stated for 3 nights. The room are too small. No ventilation. Centralised Ac which is more difficult to bare . Cramped up washrooms . We had asked for housekeeping and they didn’t even change the bed sheets. Worst hotel to charger money of this sort . Furniture is broken with termites . @ hotel please improve or u might get close soon I

Small bathroom, high humidity, unfriendly receptionist. I stayed for 4 nights and I noticed that the bed sheets were never replaced. From 27 September up to 1 October 2023. Room numbers were 302 (for me and wife) and 303 (for my children). My wife and I got sick after staying there due to viruses and fever. I analyzed the humid room was the main reason. I strongly suggest you to keep humidity away. Your air conditioning grill was badly covered with adhesive tape. Please don't stay here with those conditions. Health is much more effected by our air quality.

Great value, good location with amenities around. Bus stop at front. The room was unfortunately very smelly (this was very uncomfortable) and the bathroom was tiny. The shower will wet the toilet and sink completely). The interior of the hotel is very old. Staff at front desk not very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
