I stayed here for a few nights for work and I enjoyed my stay. The location is great and I love the underground parking. The room was beautiful and I had great views overlooking the water. I used the gym on this occasion which is on the 4th floor and great. Food was good, few more vegetarian options would be nice but I was perhaps the only vegetarian in the group so perhaps this influenced the menu. Overall a great stay and for sure I will be back.

Our stay at Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful experience. Our room with a breathtaking harbor view was a highlight, creating a picturesque backdrop for our stay. A special mention goes to the wait staff at the Showcase restaurant, where Dewayne went above and beyond to ensure our meal was not only delicious but also a memorable experience. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our stay. Kudos to the entire team for making our time at Marriott Pinnacle Downtown unforgettable. We look forward to returning and enjoying the exceptional hospitality once again.

Great location. Room was a bit old but clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was worth the price. When it comes to the customer service, it was beyond expectations. We had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Ms. Yooju at the front desk. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay with toddler truly comfortable. Her professionalism and warmth set a high standard for customer service. We all were very satisfied with the entire stay from check-in to check-out.

Not great. The whole place is dated and dingy and kind of in disrepair. The air conditioner in the room is VERY LOUD, yet doesn't seem to change the temperature in the room. Sound from the hallways is also very loud. We did not sleep well at all. Elevators are not always working, sometimes just one in operation which makes for long waits. For the price it's not worth it at all.

I really want to like this hotel because of how great the location is, but the rooms were not only dated. But dirty. They check in staff was decent but the valet services was very challenging. I had to wait around 30 minutes to get my car. And when I got my car my seat position had changed and settings were changed which was super annoying. The view was great. But again the room just wasn’t updated and dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
