Excellent hotel service! The rooms are modern and clean. You get a use of the sauna and jacuzzi aswell! The breakfast was the cherry on top. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was also very helpful and polite! Would 100% go again!

The hotel is located centrally in Thessaloniki, the Ladadika is on a 10 mins walk. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable, the service and food in the restaurant are great. What I am not happy with is the parking. The hotel staff literally give parking spots in front of the hotel on a random basis. The guests before us got a spot, but we didn’t and we needed to pay 15 euros per night for a private parking nearby. The parking is good, your car is protected, but at least put the price of the parking in the booking, so your guests don’t feel a double standard. Otherwise our stay was great, we recommend the hotel.

Very good and nice rooms. The personnel is very attentive and nice. The breakfast food is very good and of high quality. One important comment regarding the bathrooms (we rented a few rooms and it was the same): The toilets are mounted too high from the floor, which makes it really uncomfortable doing your business 🙂. This is really an issue.

Lovely breakfast Clean spacious and modern room. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful overall we had a lovely stay

The room was perfect and everyone at the hotel was so nice. The breakfast was wonderful. We hope to visit Thessaloniki again and would not hesitate to stay at Vanoro.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
