Not enough furniture or mirrors. (Cant hang your coats) Strong smell of mold in bathroom drawers. I threw away anything I put there. Cockroaches Loud cracks from the floor when walking. Shower temperature always changes. There isn't constant hot water pressure. Sometimes it doesn't come. We could hear all around. The noise from upstairs was so loud that it was as if someone was jumping on top of us even at night. Almost all doors are noisy at the apartment. Hard to go to bathroom at night without waking up anyone. Hard to reach the apartments by car. The nearest reasonable priced parking lot is 10 minutes walking distance which isn't comfortable to walk in a rainy day. Stayed on the 4th floor. One of the bedrooms is so small that the door couldn't fully be opened because it hit the bed. Not enough electric outlets at the bedroom. Right outside of the hotel there are drug dealers selling hard drugs. They don't bother you if you aren't interested. But I witnessed the trade with my own eyes a few times just when I was passing by. :) Having the housekeeping option is a positive thing. Wifi was good. Night market nearby. Some nice restaurants nearby.

Stayed with a friend in 2 bedroom apartment which was nice, spacious and clean. However recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper since the walls are thin and if you are on the lower levels kids/adult footsteps are loud in the early morning. Staff was helpful - check in and letting us leave our luggage during the morning. Def great location since it's at sea level and close to walking distance to restaurants, metro/bus/ferry and easy to get the cab by the metro.

We stayed at the hotel in a 4th floor two bedroom apartment in for a couple nights in September this year. The hotel is located in an excellent location for touring Lisbon and the river view was great to wake up to. Apt. was quiet and very clean and ready for us. Abdul and others at the desk were excellent hosts who were available and capable of solving any little problems that showed up. Highly recommended.

The website seemed kinda scetchy, but it was a real hotel haha Short: Rooms are nice, and service is fantastic! Shared bathrooms and kitchen which are always clean. Long: the rooms here are really nice, the reason the hotel is 80€ a night for a two-bed is because of the shared bathrooms and kitchen. Each floor share two bathrooms, one kitchen and one common room. The staff here is really great people who seem to love their job. They take it very seriusly and professional, and are always there too help. Checkout is at 10:00 in the morning, and kf you have a flight thats in the evening the hotel will watch your luggage untill the staff goes home, so around 23:00. The location is 5 minutes walk away from a subway station and the main street in lisbon, and 15 mins walk away from the biggest shoppingstreets, mall and trainstation. You can easily visit Sintra from the station. 100% worth our stay, and reccomend it too anyone who does bot mind sharing bathrooms with others haha

We stayed 2 nights there, couldn’t sleep. The room was small, no window, and they sprayed air fresheners so strong, gave me headaches, our room same floor as receptionist, night time she was on the phone so loud,I could hear her voice even door was closed. Every time people in and out the bathroom very noisy because of the doors .what can I say, restless nights! The only good thing about this hotel is cleanness .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
