My sister chose this hotel as it was highly rated on the booking website - showing amazing, spacious rooms and great location. We booked the ensuite and it turned out too small, no windows blinds, or curtains for the bathroom, they used a large cloth to cover it instead. 3 rooms (en-suite, twin room and another room) all had a big problem with the drainage system/ floor p trap. After shower, the bathroom floor was totally wet and slippery. The toilet got blocked after a single use, leaving the room with an unpleasant aroma. We came to the reception and complained many times. Staff seemed to lack experience with customer service skill and had no problem solving skill. They couldn't provide any solutions and didn't bother to offer any help. Despite our prepayment made (they charged overpriced for each room) we left early. Huge disappointed, completely ruining our trip, Never come back. Terrible experience.

Better than most :))) Idk why Phu Quoc’s hotels are not that great. Unless you’re willing to pay to stay jn a nice fancy resort… Varia is as good as it gets. Room is clean, some drainage problem but not a big deal for me. I booked the last double room and I was supposed to stay on the first floor but when I got there, they let me stay on thr 5th - which is great bc its right next to the night market and staying on thr 5th floor was very very quiet. Convenient location, good room, fair price.

this is the WORSE experience ever in my trip. the facilities are terrible (how dirty is it when 3 of my roms fill with ant 🐜) . the customer service is 🙂 speechless bad. not rcm for everyone. I booked 3 room. 700.000vnd, 800.000vnd and 1.100.000vnd. you know, with this range of price, you guys could get a much better experience!

Looked like the photos. Generally clean but the sheets were a bit stained and were not changed once during our 3 night stay. Very close to night market and long beach but that meant at night it does get a little noisy. Room is on the smaller side though and didn't have a safe like agoda said.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
