        Such an amazing place ! Full of details, decoration, colours and little spiritual messages everywhere. Atmosphere calm and peaceful. My BF and I came 4 years ago and we still discovering things. It is really like a museum of happiness vibes. 100% recommended 🤩💚

        A colourful and unique resort and a needed escape from the busy surroundings. It’s just unfortunate that the accommodation isn’t up to scratch. It is very basic. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the curtains do not fully cover the windows nor block any light out, the bathroom floor was dirty and very slippery from minimal water with no mat available, the fridge blocked most of the mirror and the doors/windows to the room do not fully close which meant we had some visitors in our room. The duvet cover was not a cover at all but a sheet doubled round the blanket which was strange. We asked to leave after one night and get a refund for the second night paid for however the owner simply refused and didn’t offer to change our room - we had to ask. The other room options weren’t much different. It’s a shame as it’s a wonderfully coloured and unique place and we loved chilling in the shared spaces but the rooms need some updating.

        Absolutely the best and funkiest hotel in Lamai . It is beautifully laid out with art and creativity everywhere. A stunning location overlooking Lamai with a really nice pool and top class food. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers, I have been going for years and it's always out of the top drawer!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
