        It's look like a hostel, you can clean everything by yourself, cause it a hostel cheap in Seoul. Location is so great! near subway,near bus station and have a lot of 7-11,CU,starbuck,Oliveyoung.... i'll be back when to travel in Seoul

        I was there in April 2023 with my family from abroad, I was so ashamed to let them sleep in this place even though it was one day, I can't express how disgusting is the place, since you enter there is a smell to humid and the ceiling is so low that you feel claustrophobic, we had a reserve for a week and cancel and ask for refund after seeing the rooms next day cause the time we arrived, there is no one on front desk and they don't speak english, one of the rooms smell horribly to cigar and we asked to change and they gave us one that the shower didn't work properly, the other one the smell to humid was stronger cause all the mold around, there is mold everywhere in the rooms and they are extremely dirty, you can find since hairs to used things, I know is a budget hotel but the pictures they have online are from 30 years ago when they open the hotel, nothing works or gets cleaned from years ago, avoid it at all cost.

        I had booked these hotel for 5 nights, actually these hotel not calling hotel,more like guest house, many things need to be self service,and big different compared with the pictures,in fact it's old and dirty,also mouldy inside toilet, smelly ,the waterheater hard to adjusted,the water was too cold and too hot no middle heat, first day I checked in on 24th August,I booked triple room because wanna have bigger space, got one foreigner staff served me, very soon I got my room, when I walk into the room,I shocked that looked smaller and old and smelly compared with the pictures, toilet more terrible,got very mouldy smell inside,I asked the staff why it's big different with my booking,I did expect my room it's one double bed and one single bed, so she asked her boss, they will gave me discount if I willing to changed room to double bed room,so I agreed that to changed, but the double bed room also not really good environment inside,also mouldy inside toilet especially celling, second day I thought will got room cleaning everyday, I wanna ask the staff but really not easy to find that staff,no staff around in the counter, I saw a phone number on the counter,I try to call the host and asked the room cleaning,he answered me that room cleaning had time limited on 11am until 4pm, when I booked didn't see any mention about time limited room cleaning, around two days no room cleaning,my bf is a Korean so he helped me called the host to asked why no room cleaning, I think because same is Korean the host attitude was super different, with foreigner he not really friendly, after that the host sent his room cleaning staff to us even over the time cleaning limited , because of the bad environment hotel, I requested to early check out and wanna have a refundable, I call the host, wanna cancelled the other days,he answered me I should send him a WhatsApp or line or any apps to let him decided with his company first just can answer me will refund or not, after that I called the agoda customer service to settle this problem,I wanna to rejected another two days stay, luckily host also willing to let me refundable,I totally only stayed here 3days , overall,this hotel only good in location very near to bus stop and subway station, other things really not good, especially the inside old and dirty and mouldy,if foreigner wanna booked here really need to think properly, it's my experience stayed here, thanks

        The check in lady seemed angry at the idea of having to do her job. The shower was either satan’s fire or narnia cold. It also didn’t stop dripping. The pillows were awful.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
