Very disappointed at this place.Initially it looked like a great place but then we came across several issues. The fridge made a horrible sound all night, we couldn't sleep. The shower almost burnt the kids, it was too hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The bathroom smelt of chemicals. The front doors are too heavy to move for people who are carrying kids and suitcases. There's no one ever at the front desk, although there is a front desk, but you must call. Worst of all, we left an expensive thing at the property. While that's our fault, we talked to the manager and sent her a UPS shipping label and requested several times to ship it to us. Several times! Each time she said she would ship it and needs time. Its been 3 months and she stopped responding. Now for any positives, the location is good. The hallways are well lit and decorated. The room was spacious. The kitchen has good snacks. That's about it.

Great place, I will definitely return when in Rome. I only gave 4 stars due to technical issues relate to vikey and because of the noise of the street which can be annoying even with widows closed. Other than that, everything was good.

An outstanding guesthouse. It is not a fully staffed hotel - possibly the surprisingly negative comment here did not take that into account. But it represents good value in a central location, near the Vatican but only 10-15 minutes’ walk from Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc. Our room was large, immaculately clean, modern and well fitted-out, looking on to a quiet street, and the kind and efficient manager was always available - usually in person, also by phone - to arrange airport transfers, give advice on local buses etc. She even gave us an umbrella to take away with us during heavy rain on our day of departure.

Amazing stay in rome thanks to this guest house. Everything is clean and the staffs are super helpful. We can also store our lugage for a while if needed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
