        Very nice decorated apartment on a central location! We booked an 3 bedroom apartment and had a very nice stay here. There is an Q-park nearby the apartment on 5 minutes walking distance and a lot of restaurant nearby.

        Perfect accommodation for a business trip to Victoria. The rooms, bathrooms, living area, and balcony we're all fantastic. I had to chase for confirmation of check-in details and was sent a wrong code, but equally we were changed to a bigger apartment with balcony at short notice so no complaints from me! I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for any business trip in this area. There's also plenty of choice for pubs / restaurants locally and the tube station is only a couple of minutes away.

        DO NOT BOOK!!! They messaged me two days before check-in, asking me to pay a separate £500 deposit before giving me check-in info. This is in direct violation of Expedia’s policy. A pop-up window appeared on Expedia’s app warning not to pay it. Also, they sent me an email one day before check-in advising all residents that the elevator was broken and not going to be working for two weeks. This is a huge problem, between my 72 year-old mother - and our luggage. The only response I got from the property about any of this was that I need to pay the deposit.

        Extremely poor guest services. We booked a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment for 4 people, paid for it and got the confirmation via Booking.com. Q Apartments then requested a £500 deposit and once paid they sent an email stating that the apartment was a 1 bed. They then cancelled our £2000+ booking and left us with no accommodation. Their customer service was disgusting. I would avoid them at all costs.

        I loved my stay at qapartments vauxhall. Good location, good amenities, very close to Victoria station and restaurants around. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for good quality/price options in central London

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
