        Firstly let me say the staff was amazing! Super sweet! The view of the room, amazing! I stayed at the studio with fountain view. However, the room itself was absolutely disgusting! Filthy is an understatement. There was mold on the pillow cases, it wasn't dusted or swept. The shower curtain had these brown and yellow stains on it. And it stunk of urine! It was terrible. I called twice for housekeeping but no one came. However, they compensated me with $100 voucher for food which I appreciated. They did offer to change the room but the view was really amazing so I just stuck it out. They really need to do better with cleaning the rooms.

        Have stayed in many hotels on the strip and this was the worst experience. The tv remote didn’t work from the bed. The tablet with dining and guest services wasn’t charged and never charged. There was construction/drilling early in the morning. The walls were paper thin and you could hear conversations. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. And the room made me itchy??? When I would leave the room, I was fine. When I would come back, I was incredibly itchy. Overall, it wasn’t the worst. But I don’t think I’d stay here again.

        Great location which was the best part of the stay. And super comfy pillows. The first room smelled like all the bleach had been used. Because we were there NyE there were no additional rooms available so had to leave the door open for 3 hr to let it air out. The second room -moved in the third morning - had a faucet leak and broken mini fridge. Customer service left a lot to be desired.

        First stay was 2012, last stay was 2023. The hotel is great, furnishings are very nice, rooms smell great, staff are extremely nice. Valet parking is the only option for parking unfortunately. Only issue I had was the room needed cleaning up on arrival. Glass counters were not clean, sink needed wiping down. But that was the only issue. Would happily stay here again. Accessible rooms are available, though everything upon my visit was accessible.

        This is by far my worst experience with Vdara. I've been a patron since 2010, and while there might have been some minor issues before, everything was fine for me. However, this stay has been absolutely horrible! I will never recommend anyone to stay here. I checked in on the 31st, arriving after midnight. When I got to my room, I found the mini bar empty, the mini fridge locked, and the tablet missing. The next afternoon, I went to the front desk to report the problem and see if they could change my room, but the answer was no. Fine. The front desk clerk said he would ask the housekeeper to fix it. I also requested the sofa bed to be made. However, when I returned to my room around 10 pm, the sofa bed was still not made, and the mini bar and tablet were still not fixed! So, I called the front desk again to ask for someone to help me make the sofa bed because there were no sheets. They said they would send someone, but by midnight, no one had come. I had to press the 'do not disturb' button because my eight-year-old son couldn't wait any longer; he needed to sleep. Around 12:30 am, the phone in my room rang! They said the housekeeper was outside my room and could help me make the sofa bed. I couldn't believe they would call guests in the middle of the night. I had to open the door, take the sheets back to my room, and tell the housekeeper it was too late, please help me tomorrow. The next day, when I left my room in the morning, I put the service button on. When I returned around 9 pm, the service button was still on, and no one had cleaned up my room at all! I am so disappointed with the service here. I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel's service.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
