        The hotel has a good location, good aesthetics and syaff is friendly. It’s not what I consider a five star hotel service. The food is just OK, the room I stayed in had no privacy, the shower was flooded, there were no pool amenities like sandals and bag. Something I would expect at a five-star hotel in Santorini. Although they were clearly not at capacity, they refused to give me the upgrade my credit card provided. On My second day there were trash bags outside of my patio area. I ordered food to the room from the restaurant late in the night and was told that I could not keep the plates in the room and had to wait for someone to come back and pick it up when I was done. Never seen that before.

        I just love this resort! The food, the service, the attention to the Greek hospitality met our expectations and more. The Vedema delivered on many experiences. Traditional Greek traditions meet modern luxury, The luxury Collection Hotel & Resort Collection by Marriott Bonvoy is highly recommended. We can’t thank enough to the wonderful staff and management. We lived every cat that greeted us. I will never forget this trip

        If you are looking for a trip to Santorini that is not crowded and crazy the Vedema is a wonderful option. We loved the hotel, the staff, the food and the atmosphere! On our departure date there was an unscheduled ferry strike. Our travel company was not attentive. But the hotel staff made some phone calls to confirm our ferry and offered to allow us to stay in our rooms if we were stranded for an extra night. Everyone went over an above to ease a bit of stress from travel. I would definitely recommend the Vedema and would love to return!

        A fantastic place for relaxing. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. All staffs are professional and very helpful. It’s not close to the center town of Santorini but Megalochori also a very lovely town. The service from the staffs are worth a 5 star. You will enjoy a week just here !

        I can't overlook the serious privacy / security issues of this hotel. Twice staff walked in on us. Once, the staff knocked around 9:30pm after the turn down service had already been completed. I was about to get in the shower and didn't even have time to robe myself before the staff member let himself into our suite. The second time was the next day when a staff member didn't even bother to knock and literally walked right into our suite. While the hotel upgraded us to a nicer suite for our honeymoon and provided a bottle of sparking, these experiences and the lack of any outreach from management has me feeling as if the situation wasn't taken seriously. The location is quite far from the city center. We ended up renting a car.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
