Great place for a reasonable price. The rooms are Very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy. The bathroom is clean and has all the facilities. The staff are helpful, but may not respond properly. AC was working fine. Have parking in front of the entrance. Will really recommend for a perfect stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay with my family at this hotel.. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was not only clean but also beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Temple of Tooth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay near by Temple of Tooth..

The location is good but little else. The rooms need to be refurbished. Time to invest in new linen. No restaurant on site, although they call themselves a boutique hotel. Not even a complimentary bottle of water, which is now standard in every hotel.

low budget place to stay in Kandy. But there is no possibility to buy even a bottle of water. Rooms are clean. But there is no heater to heat the drinking water. No any Wi Fi facilities available. AC and TV worked well. But hot water facility not working. Bathroom Mirror is also broken. The rooms are somewhat dated. Customer service is very bad. Due to the bad weather on the day of my stay, I was 10 minutes late to hand over the room on time and even though me and my wife were the only guests in the entire hotel, But I was charged an hourly rate and not even given a receipt.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROOMS ARE FILTHY. Unwashed linen, walls covered with mold. Caused an allergic reaction to our 3 year old son and he had to be rushed to the hospital. We couldn't stay here and they refused to give back the advance 8000 LKR we gave them saying some nonsense about having to email accounts and what not. Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service. (We booked for 16 august night)
