Can't say enough good things about this place. They accommodated our last minute booking, helped us with loads of laundry, supplied us with good wine and information. I hope to be back soon. Thank you Pelua for the wonderful New Year's Eve stay

Inexpensive hotel. Plus I was attracted by the fact that the room has a table and chair (which is important for remote work). The hotel has a parking space. Now the cons. Everything is old. In the photo there is a chair (I asked to replace it), smudges on the ceiling, a power socket with an exposed wire. The toilet flush button keeps falling off. However, the linen is clean, there is liquid soap and bottles of shampoo. A separate problem is that the heating is only air conditioning and at 0 degrees the room is cold (I didn’t measure it, but probably less than 20 degrees). At the same time, the hotel employee with whom I spoke was friendly, changed the chair, and provided an additional heater. But he didn’t speak Russian at all and had difficulty speaking English.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood with good nature, but the rooms and service were poor. The bad smell of sewage was very annoying.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
