Absolutely loved our stay! Irvin & Tatiana were above outstanding, from contacting by phone for the reservation, all the way through our final night. They truly went out of their way to make our stay excellent. It was a pleasure meeting them. Beautiful views and design, super clean, & that mattress, oh beyond comfortable. We used the bicycles from Venice V to explore the Venice canals. I would not only give the Hotel 5 stars, but the staff should get 10 stars for their time and professionalism in making our stay memorable. Definitely recommend & definitely going back!

Hotel was nice and obviously amazing location. They upgraded me to a penthouse unit which was gorgeous and had a skylight. Problem is they conveniently have 3 room tiers instead of the usual 2 for the area, so "Ocean View" was actually a partial view - go for the Ocean Front rooms (which were not shown to me while booking). Also, the ocean is supposed to be the selling point for the hotel, but the windows were FILTHY to the point of obstructing the view. Clean your windows please.

Amazing service and atmosphere right in the middle of everything in Venice beach. They had great amenities with our stay as well. You can use their bikes first come first serve and they came in handy during our stay! We arrived exhausted from driving all day and was pleasantly surprised to learned they upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom suite. The entire hotel was new and upgraded but still kept its rustic charm with the original building being built in 1915. Amazing stay thank you!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Venice V Hotel! We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for a memorable and romantic getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff showered us with warm hospitality and made us feel incredibly special. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a penthouse suite! The penthouse suite was a dream come true, with luxurious amenities and stunning views of the ocean right from our window. To make our celebration even more delightful, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine. It was a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated greatly. The wine was delicious and complemented the already amazing ambiance of the oceanfront room. The attention to detail and the level of service at Venice V Hotel truly made our stay remarkable. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. We found ourselves completely immersed in the beauty of the location and the elegance of the hotel. Not only did the hotel exceed our expectations, but its convenient location also allowed us to explore the mesmerizing Venice Beach and nearby attractions easily. We had a fantastic time strolling along the coastline and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. To the management and staff of Venice V Hotel, thank you for making our anniversary so unforgettable. Your attention to making us feel valued and cared for made all the difference. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and romantic escape in Venice. We will definitely be returning soon for another magical experience.

It was a great getaway, and the staff were wonderful. They are very welcoming and made our stay memorable. Laundry service is pricey, though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
