I would not recommend the restaurant. The prices were tourist prices, which is fine if the food would be ok but the food was microwave heated. Old rice, no flavor on the chicken piri-piri, salade was far from a salade. Just a big no.

The pictures are definitely the best part. I understand that small accommodations are expected in Europe, but the lack of clean sheets and towels is not one of those. Stains and holes in the bed sheets, pillows that are little pieces of foam because they have not been changed in a long time are not ok for an accommodation charging over 100 euros a night. Great location.

The room was a bit small but otherwise ok. No view. Tv had no remote control. Location was not so bad, because monestery is very near,and bus and tram stops are near. However travel to centre takes 30 minutes. Reception was done by staff of the restaurant next-door, and they were very nice

Don't waste your time with this place. Dishes looked nice on the menu (it was full of pictures). We ordered the garlic bread with cheese. So disappointed. Nothing to do with the image of the menu. It was two slices of mould bread with cheese 😒 The other dishes (a salad and a picanha) were ok-ish. Nothing outstanding but they were fine. The bad part is they take ages to bring food (or the check) and the waiter totally ignores you. The place is cheap though.

Waiter was SO accommodating and sweet. A real helping hand and clearly very well experienced with tourists. The food was to die for. SO amazing. The food came very quickly. And the prices were good! I would definitely come again, no questions asked.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
