        This could’ve been a 5-star review if the hotel prioritized non-smoking guests, especially children and pregnant women. Unfortunately, there are no precautions, and smoking is allowed freely in the beachfront sun bed area.

        I give 3 stars location is perfect close to market village and direct to the beach with is easier access Staff at the restaurant are not smiling and looks like they are not happy welcoming guess . If you stay longer here and see their face all the time its not nice to see staff are not happyworking grumpy face and not friendly face. Plus if come home late walking and street dogs are following you so scary at night .

        I am not normally a huge fan of Hua Hin but after my last visit staying at Veranda Lodge I have changed my perspective. We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms could do with an update but the are good value for money. The breakfast is good with a nice selection and it’s served plated rather than sitting in a buffet line going cold. The coffee machine serves a good enough cup, much better than instant coffee like a lot of places. Location wise it’s fantastic. Right in the center, near Market village and right on the beach with plenty of good restaurants and lots of massage within walking distance. The Tid Munz moo krata restaurant is excellent and just up the street. We will be back to stay here next time.

        I recently stayed at The Veranda Lodge in Hua Hin and I had a great experience. I stayed in the Premier Deluxe room for my first week, and then the Deluxe room for the second half of my trip. Both rooms were lovely. The Premier room was located on the beach side and was an excellent location and spectacular. The deluxe room was off reception and upstairs and was also very nice. All the rooms I saw were beautiful and spacious, with great amenities and a comfortable beds. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The cleaning staff was wonderful and always gave us fresh towels each day when needed. The security staff always welcomed us at at the road and ensured it was safe for everyone to enter and leave the grounds. The beach access was great, with beautiful lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a lemonade cart nearby with delicious lemonade and cocktails.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
