We had about 36 hours stay at KL. I emailed the hotel staff beforehand. They were incredibly helpful and accomodating. They accepted very early check in and late checkout with only little extra fee. I was very impressed by how helpful they were. The hotel is at a very convenient location close to everything. Hotel itself was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was fully equipped. Staff were extremely polite as all Malaysians are. The best part was the buffet breakfast which was included in the night's stay. Fantastic breakfast. Lots of stuff available. There was a egg station with a chef and you can get any omlette etc made for yourself. For the early check-in morning we had to pay for breakfast but it was only 100 RM for a family for 4. Incredible value. If I am back at KL again, I know where I will be staying :)

I had reservation for 4/6 September but just used 1 night and left the hotel! Room has window but not opening! No fresh air. If u want to control air conditioner it’s impossible.. even u tun of its working and really not comfortable! 1.40 swimming pool! Gym like 30 years before very old and small! Wall not clean! Worst 4 stars hotel l saw! Location good but lots of alternative around that area..,

I took grab taxi at first lady JalanTar to Verdant Hill Hotel. I just noticed that one of my cell phone can't be found in my bag.i approach Mr. iZzul and asked his help to call the grab company. Without any hesitation, he get all information and search it. Luckily, were able to find it. I am very thankful to mr. izzul to recover my cellphone coz all information is there. He never left me until we found it. Very good worker in spite he's busy. He has done a very good job. He's a good asset to the company. I used to work in the hotel too. I've been a night auditor and front desk . He's always have a smile when you see him. Thank you very much Izzul you saved my information.

Room service is good. Room wall and itself is dated. Lobby checking service not too friendly. Pillow has smell body order. The hotel surrounded by other hotel and resident. Dec 2023 has construction noise near by.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
