This place is amazing! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is an almost inside/outside kind of place with a beautiful pool and nice sauna (they can even heat the pool). It is also just a short walk to the beach and good restaurants near by. The breakfast every day was delicious with good variety. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The stay have been enjoyable. Room is neat, tidy and well maintained. The facilities and amenities are all clean and functional We even manage to spend some times swimming in the heated pool. The staffs are helpful and polite and gave necessary suggestions or advice when asked. Definitely a high prioritise stay should we are back for holiday

I couldn't use the bathtub because there wasn't much hot water. And I can't sleep because of the thumping sound in the morning. However, the staff's response was perfect. I am grateful to them. Also, pool and sauna are good.

Beautiful place! The room we stayed at was really clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location - pretty close to the beach but still ensures a quiet stay if needed. There was also a very nice indoor pool downstair. We were pleasantly surprised with the green garden on the rooftop, which made it feel very refreshing and was also a good view of the sunrise or sunset. Overall we really love this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended and would definitely come back again!

Spent there around 5 months with my family (Dec.2022 - May 2023). Hotel and rooms are beautiful, street is quiet, swimming pool is clear. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help, they are very kind to everyone, after 5 months we felt like a friends :) Sea is about 5-10 min walk or 2 min on a scooter. Some good places to have a lunch as well as a grocery and a market are very close to the hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay not far from the sea - this hotel is for you! This is a good deal between the price, location and accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
