The hotel room is neat. Enough set of toiletries, 2 teabags, 2 sachet of coffee and sugar, 2 bottled water. The Hotel might want to add restaurant menu in the room. The tv can be turned on but doesn't seem to have anything to watch there, i can't even connect a wifi there to watch netflix. Though the old looking flat cow doll is pretty weird and not suitable for a Jacuzzi room. The room is nicely clean but the jacuzzi isn't that clean. When i try filling up the jacuzzi, turns out the jacuzzi wasn't that squeeky clean. So i need to clean it 1st before using it and somehow still feel unsafe to use it, i'm afraid some bug gonna crawl out from the drain although there is no sign of it. The hot water works perfect. now for the bathroom, imo it's all clean, but the wash hand stand went way too slow to drain the water. It's good for short time. over all im satisfied.

This is my favorite hotels at central jakarta. I used to book here because of works. The location is very strategic is near gambir station. The price is also great considering the location. The room is bit small but okay for 1 person, is clean. But overall is a standard budget hotel and you cannot expect more. As a budget hotel i think it is great. The vibe around the hotel is a bit unique for me, you can experience jakarta life here, which i cannot found easily in other hotel. At nights theres lot of food around.

Great location because it is located beside Gajah Mada Mall, the area is a local area which located between many restaurants and locals houses. Rooms are small and not very clean and I found some small cockroaches, the crew doesn’t speak English which makes communication a quite difficult. They have free water for refill in each door, No fridge in the rooms. The lobby have very bad smell like bathroom for 3 days and I don’t know the reason, recommended place if you’re looking for cheap and temporary accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
