Clean room, friendly staffs, nice location. But when I taking shower, the water pipe easily stacked. Also I had breakfast, the option of cold drink were only water and milk, I wanted more option. But overall this hotel is worth to stay.

Very bad hotel. Dirty floors, walls and linen. Cochroaches everywhere, you have to constantly kill them. Bed is uncomfortable and pillows are dirty/unwashed. Towel was dirty. Key card doesn't work the first time so you have to get it reprogrammed. Recommend to not stay here.

Staff is super unfriendly, far from what hospitality means. I would not go back to stay at this hotel and I would not recommend people to stay here. There were 2 reception guys, one was amazingly denying all of our requests. Room is okay, but quite dirty and the air conditioner is broken when I checked in. The plumbing is leaking, jet spray is leaking. I don’t know what else is not working. Location is quite nice, heart of the city, but lack of parking space. 1. Bad Service The receptionist was not friendly at all and far from having the hospitality. We added a special request of having 1 Double Bed room, and 1 Twin Room. And the receptionist replied “But you only requested that right? On our system, you booked 2 Twin Rooms. So, you get 2 twin rooms.” When asked about when’s the next available date for the Double Room, he said “Right now it’s fully booked.” Until the next day, with a different receptionist, we could easily be moved to another room as per requested. 2. Dirty room I had to deal with cockroaches in the bathroom. After cleaning the room, they specifically closed the sink valve because there’s bad odor coming from there. I had to wipe the dust on the bed head, it was all grey and dusty. 3. I lost my hairdryer unit I put mine on the table for an easy access, left the hotel, came back and it was gone. The staff didn’t respond until right now, and their WhatsApp number is not replying, I called their number, they never pick up. Overall, a very bad experience, a very bad management, please stay away from this hotel!

Besides from the location within Jakarta, I sadly cannot say anything positive about this place… it is not only dirty, but I would even call it filthy… there is mold in the entire bathroom and the actual bedroom. The bed sheets are dirty as well… when we asked for another room, we were given the key to an even worse room… the flooring fell off, mold again and dirty bed sheets… ok. So we took the first room because our flight just arrived and we needed a place to sleep. So we asked for fresh bed sheets, which we offered to put on ourselves to be less inconvenient, but these were dirty as well, so we brought them back and thought whatever, let’s just go to sleep. Then trying to shower in a mold infested shower and the water drain is clogged so you have to shower in 2 minutes or you are going to flood your bedroom… The breakfast was also disappointing, I do not have high standards, but if you have to look at 20 different cups to find one you can use for pouring a cup of coffee, there is something wrong… to sum it up, people, pay a few dollars more and get a room without health hazard…
