        Assist & greet by Kevin from Guest Relation. He is very attentive and show his personalized service to us. He is very accommodating and assist me with my arrangement. The rooms are so spacious. Modern,clean and comfort. Kevin create a special surprize in our room. I am amazed with their creativity to make the guest feel so special. The restaurant is very big and have a great ambiance. The foods are amazing. They have a lot of variety. I would give my huge appreciation for the professionalism and dedication were a shining beacon. wholeheartedly recommend them for any customer-facing role, confident in them ability to consistently deliver top-tier service.         This hotel offers delightful dining experience with sophisticated atmosphere such as decorations, lighting and interior design. Its F&B offerings diverse menu featuring a blend of local and asian cuisine. The visual was good and have delicious taste. Takoyaki was not really good-- too much flour. Soto Daging was delicious and authentic blend of Indonesian spice. It has tender beef meat and combine with kerupuk really got me. Mie Ayam, fried tempe, gelato and Chinese cuisine was average. They have great tea options there. Overall, recommended hotel.

        Perfect room, perfect pool, perfect resto with its delicious food. Despite the perfection, this hotel only deserves a three star rating for a four star hotel due to its service, nothing else. Dear management, you really need to manage your people to give their best attitude to the guests. Because a hotel isnt only about the building and its complimentary, but also about the people who keep the building alive.

        Located in central Jakarta and with easy access to Jakarta business district are the reason we chose to stay here. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, and an amazing bathroom. We got a room with a wonderful view. Don't forget about the breakfast, it was amazing. So many choices, Indonesian, western, you name it.
