The rooftop bar and pool were great as were the bar staff. Unfortunately the rooms were not sufficiently cleaned, the room was quite dusty and the tiles in the bathroom were dirty. The beds are comfortable and the location is good. Unfortunately my Chromecast didn't work. The hotel reception attempted to fix this but it didn't work and no alternative was offered nor was a discount.

This was our third time staying at The Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour. It was a great mid week getaway. This location was very central and in walking distance to our planned activities. The good stuff: The Complimentary hygiene products were great and the hand wash smells amazing. The not so good stuff: The air-conditioning didn't seem to be working as smoothly and strong as we would have ideally liked due to the humid weather of Sydney. Parking validation was a bit pricey, though great location to park for the night. The automatic closing and opening door for the rooms, were not a great option, due to the automatic timing of the door, causes for security concern. The connecting room was great, though an option/way to keep the doors open would have provided some convenience.

Stayed two nights. Unfortunately, couldn’t get use of the pool which was the main reason I booked. It was a hot weekend and people were queuing for the limited space / sun beds around the small pool. Gym is small but we equipped. I would suggest offering guests smaller towels to use as an alternative to using large bath towels for gym use. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet style but the food on offer was excellent and great coffee too. Service in the restaurant was great. Really couldn’t fault breakfast at all. Rooms are very small. It was difficult trying to open the 3 cases we had with us but manageable. The hotel was good however there are better options in the area for the same price.

Comfortable hotel, good location. Friendly service at the hotel restaurant, with good food. Nice bar at the top, again with friendly service. Just keep tabs on the hours. My visit was marred by continual problems with housekeeping. They averaged two problems a day. Hotel staff told me that they were trying out a new housekeeping service. Even though their housekeeping was outsourced, the hotel is still responsible. Maybe the kinks will be worked out soon, but in the meantime I did not appreciate the amount of time wasted on fixing their errors.

Unfortunately our stay was not as delightful as we had hoped and travelled so far for. The sheet didn't cover the mattress, there was a huge stain on the dona, there was a huge hole in one of our only towels. Horrendous. As well as this, they did not have the correct room for us. We booked a room with two singles.. and were given a king. We mentioned this from check in, and no changes were even attempted. To say I'm disappointed is a huge understatement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
