Great hotel and location. Nice facilities and clean rooms. I will stay again Amazing hotel and location. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The heated pool and sun beds were great and bar area was pretty. It's in a great location that is central to everything and trams/trains/buses if you need. It was quick and easy to check in/out. The Smart TV has a Chromecast which was a great addition to have. I had no problems with the shower pressure (something I'm fussy about). But I didn't like the shower screen/glass. There was no door so water went everywhere. Also the room was really dark and there wasn't enough lighting.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Was cheaper than the rest of the CBD but was a good standard and up to scratch. Big room comfy bed. AC that worked well on a stinker day in Sydney. Staff were accommodating and friendly

Great hotel with an excellent location with access to locations close by and public transit of you choose. 4/5 stars for rooms only because the bathrooms have no fan and hot water pressure in the shower was adequate but not great. I would stay here again (and will upon my return).

Stayed for 3 nights as a part of a package holiday in Australia. Fantastic hotel, spot on service, lovely room and a breakfast worth getting up for. Had a few drinks in the bar but did not eat in the restaurant.

Great room. Only needed to stay one night and had everything for comfort. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and drinks in the restaurant which was great. Bartender was very friendly and made great cocktails.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
