I booked as part of chase sapphire reserve which offers breakfast, early check in and late check out if available and upgrade if available. At check in, was told I’m not eligible for upgrade but if I wanted to pay more I could get one. That was not very nice! Paid for upgrade. The rest of stay was amazing. Room very clean. View perfect. Great breakfasts. Everyone was very friendly. Almost perfect.

5 stars from start to finish. Our welcome was warm, all staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, location was ideal. Concierge Allison was particularly notable for her warmth and welcome. Our girls trip was so wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked it through Travelocity and stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday. Room service was quick and yummy everyday. The view was AMAZING, the bathroom is a sanctuary and what made it even better is the separate room for the toilet which is hard to find these days. The decor can't get any better! My only complaint is the front desk staff, one lady in particular was rude to me and my guest but everyone else including the valet and doorman were professional and friendly.

Stunning hotel with amazing service, the people that work here are genuinely wonderful (SO to Christopher and Mark). Customer service makes the stay go from good to great. Restaurant is delicious and very beautiful. Location is perfect for shopping. Highly recommend the 1 bedroom suite, floor to ceiling windows, it's gorgeous. Will only stay at the Viceroy when I'm in Chicago.

My mother and I had a lovely stay at the Viceroy Nov 19. The hotel is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and in a terrific location. We also had excellent service from Rachel, Gabe, and Marcos who made us feel welcome, were extremely helpful in holding our luggage, arranging for a late check-out, and generally showing a high standard of warmth and professionalism.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
