Very clean room, nice decoration. Super comfy bed. The room was very well equipped, exactly what was needed. The entrance of the hotel looks very dirty, seems like they are doing some renovations but they left the cables and everything exposed, also in the door it was dusty and with a bunch of leaves. The rooms are connected by two doors, this didn't help with the noise in the other room. Don't know if it's like that in all the rooms, but then the assignment of them could be done better

Nice big room, with a little kitchenette so you can do your own breakfast, it even has a kettle so you can bring done teabags and have cups of tea. Comfy bed, nice and spacious. Not too far from the bus stops and the tram. It was clean, quiet - good luft, loads of parking if you have a car (we didn't). The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. You had to hold it over your head! I'm sure the bath was great, but the shower wasn't. Also, there is no garden, so if you're expecting a garden at Victoria Garden you'll be disappointed.

Nice, quiet hotel with easy access to City Centre (walking distance 20 minutes). Also convenient access to tram and buses if you prefer not to walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and well equipped for the price.

I can only share my experience on service as I did not stay there yet. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates through Expedia. On the day of travel i realised my mistake and Michel, from the hotel, immediately accepted to refund me even though i had booked a non refundable rate. Expedia were horrible and refused to refund, however Michel persisted and finally managed to get my card refunded. Bordeaux is really beautiful, and i will be returning and i will definately stay in this apart hotel, they could have easily not refunded me, they were in their right, but they did not. Honesty and kindness really augurs VERY well. I look forward to meeting you personally Michel.

The hotel and room was nice. As it is an apart-hotel with a kitchen, there were no basic commodities like salt/pepper, oil, coffee powder for the coffee machine. It would be great to provide the basic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
