My only issue was the noise outside. My room was on the first floor, so during the weekend I found it difficult to fall asleep from the street noise, but I also expected it in this bustling part of the city. The location suited my needs well, as it sits a short walk to the main train station facilitating my trips all over the city. Lots of good food and a laundry lie within the nearby blocks. The room was cozy but comfortable, about what you would expect for the price. I would stay here again, though if I were to stay over the weekend I would request a room on a higher floor.

Nice location . 5 mins walk to the central train station. Lot of eating joints (including Indian cuisine) near by. From Frankfurt airport taxi will cost around €35 to reach here. Free lemon infused water at reception (rare gesture in Germany) . Would certainly suggest for business travellers.

Pros: The hotel is located near the train station, making travel days easy. My room was ready several hours before the advertised check-in time. Cons: This hotel is not a good option if you expect amenities. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room, and the small refrigerator did not work. The biggest issue was that the door did not have a chain lock or swing bar door guard. I was traveling alone and felt uncomfortable without this added security. Next time I travel to Frankfurt, I will make the extra effort to stay in a quieter location further from the train station.

I had a great time at this hotel. It is centrally located, a few minutes away from the centre and from the main station. The rooms are OK but the staff is very good and friendly. It is good value for money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
