I recently had the pleasure of staying at Victoria Inn during my trip, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. This small hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They provided valuable information about the local attractions. The rooms at Victoria Inn were cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Despite being a small hotel, they paid close attention to details and cleanliness. Victoria Inn offers a delightful and personalized experience that is often hard to find in larger chain hotels. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Inn to anyone visiting this lovely town, and I know that I will be returning to this wonderful hotel on my next trip.

A very nice and quiet hotel, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is close to restaurants and shops. Also, the treatment of the staff is excellent, especially that employee that I dealt with at the reception. I think her name was natia. I have booked in this hotel more than once and here is my honest review: The room are super organised and clean, the elements of comfort in the room are well designed. The customer service from booking till check-out is above fabulous. The team in the hotel go above and beyond to help me in all aspects. I have asked them for an iPhone charger on article they gifted me a brand new charger as a complementary from from the hotel. I felt asleep until after the agreed check-out time they didn’t charge me extra. They helped me with the driver to the airport. Location is good, quiet area and good views of the rooms. Breakfast is very decent I love it. They have terrace for residence. All in all really is excellent place to stay in if you are looking for a place to stay in for short or long period. Thanks Victoria Inn team, you make my stay worth it every time.

We stayed at Victoria Inn for 6 days and I really loved the property. The room is clean and spacious, friendly and helpful staff plus very affordable too. It’s 4km away from the center but you can always take a cab or use the metro - The closest station is Isani.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
