i booked the hotel at that time, the review was 4.4. when i checked in hotel, i realised all good reviews are fake. the hotel is not worth 1 star. Hotel is surrounded by disco/pubs with girls standing infront, not advisable for solo lady traveller and family with kids. the room i was staying, i could hear loud music from 9pm till 6am every day even after putting on ear plugs. the floor in the hotel room is uneven, i felt very dizzy when standing, water flow out from water heater is very slow and little water, hotel is building a lift, loud renovation sound started from 9am daily. the loud noise i could hear in the room day and night are crazy. luckily Agoda refunded me, i moved to hotel celeste makati and realised/learnt that hotel surroundings/environment is also very important, the roadside is clean and safe, not complicated with pubs/disco.

In the middle of the bar zone, with all the amenities close by. The big rooms are really big, only sit back is the water pressure in the shower - a lot of quality for the money. I'll keep coming back here.

The room was huge, wifi was working nicely enough to watch Walking Dead, location is great. Since it is in the city centre, it can be a bit noisy and since it is a warm country, you may spot a small roach or two, but no bedbugs - clean sheets and overall everything was clean. Had a positive experience, staff also nice. Got a great deal on last minute booking (waited till 7pm). Has decent air conditioning and a TV with a lot of english channels.

It was okay. At first when we went here, i thoughtthe business was closed because the entrance is locked, but there is a door buzzer on the left side, just press that and someone will open for you. It's located beside a lot of bars and restaurants and it is located in a "korean town" part of Manila, there are a lot of korean restaurants. Party ends sunrise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
