The location, hotel and staff were superb. We booked this hotel on behalf of family visiting. They had a junior suite. The staff could not have been more attentive and ensured their entire stay was relaxing and comfortable.

The service in this hotel was excellent! Every staff person we met was helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and nice, only the style was a bit outdated, but that might have been just traditional german style. Bathroom had plenty of space. Location is excellent if you want to hang around Prenzlauer Berg and if you want a hotel in a more quiet area (as we did). Nice green park next to the hotel. For travelling to the centre of the city or elsewhere, it's easy if you are not afraid to use the public transportation. Bus, tram and S-train quite near, only U-train station a bit far away. I would come again!

They accommodated the early check in. Hotel is right next to public park, where you can go and spend some time as well. There is a Lebanese restaurant very near to the hotel so you can get Halal food as well

Our hotel receptionist Dimitri was the best! He was working the majority of our stay, and was always greeting us with a smile and warm welcome. Any time we left our key at the desk he would chek to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our stay. He also at one point asked us if we would like a fan for the room because it was hot outside. definition of above and beyond, Dimitri was personal, warm and proffessional. He is what made our stay five stars!

The room was neat and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, very tasty dishes if you don't feel like going out for dinner. The hotel is located near a beautiful park and in a nice neighbourhood. All sights are within walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
