Very friendly staff, well planned activities when spending 2D1N with them. Spacious room and dining area, with very nice deck at the top of the cruise to just lie down on sun bed and relax. We were assigned to Guide Anthony, he’s very funny and attentive. Highly recommended!

This cruise are well organise and crews are friendly. You have all the meals breakfast, lunch and dinner on board, however all drinks and alcohols are to purchase on board. Plain water are provided in the room and refillable. They once anchor you are ferry around with a small board that embarks on the back of the boats the rooms are at level 1 and 2. Level 3 are the dinning hall and the roof deck are spacious. Manager Jimmy can speak very well English and provide very good services. The meals are in buffet style and are good. The boat are very quiet and they are attached bathroom in individual room. Only disappointment are wifi slow and Karaoke system need to use Bluetooth to connect and during singing session we can't move away freely and the system are bad. Overall are ok.

This cruise surprised me with their excellent service in pre-sales. Tony Pham reach out to me when I cancelled my booking from online platform to see if there are areas he could help to clarify on behalf on the cruise. He explained with great clarity on the charges, itinerary and alternatives as i was travelling in 3 pax. I appreciate his professionalism and quite responses. My 2D1N cruise was a pleasant trip starting from hotel pickup which was a comfortable and spacious ride with occasional pitstops for breaks. Throughout the cruise, clear instructions were given by the guides and food spread was good. The cruise was clean and well maintained with a vintage taste to it. Not crowded at all perhaps by season, hence peaceful. It is perfect to sit by the room's balcony watching sunrise and sunset. This cruise seems to attract more westerners than Asians (to whoever find this a plus point). Ample time were allocated at each attraction throughout the cruise. Slight pique were the constant approach by servers to buy drinks and drainage seemed slower than the strong water flow from shower which causes light flooding bathroom. All in all, it was a memorable and pleasant experience with Victory Star Cruise. Thumbs up from all 3 of us who onboard.

Rooms - big, beautiful and we even got upgraded because the boat wasn’t in full capacity Food - Very very boring and in small quantities. Activities - Tight schedule of touristic activities instead of actually sailing and seeing the bay. Even knowing about this ahead of time we were disappointed Staff - Very kind Personal conclusion: There is no added value to doing the overnight trip

It was superb experience for my family. Thanks to Victory star those provide amazing deal for me. I booked 2 suites, both was spacious with balcony and reasonable rate. Also they pickup from Hanoi and drop to ninh binh in a very resonable price. Everything was amazing..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
