Pretty grim place really. Only wanted a place to stay for about 12 hrs instead of waiting round airport. Instead just listened to obnoxious people speaking really loudly for a few hours and possibly got accused of stealing a bath mat? Odd.

Receptionist was very rude. Gave us yellow pouch which has A/C & TV remote. No access key to room. When enquired about the key response was unacceptable. Very poor management by receptionist to the guest. Receptionist think guest knows the facility well and mange itself. Airport taxi service organised this accommodation stated 3star hotel.its a motel for locals. Not for tourists with family. Nil shower facility. Very bad odour in the rooms and unclean linen. Very poorly managed by 1x staff. Not recommended to tourist even for short day stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms are fairly priced, the Wifi is quick, and they have a really speedy airport shuttle service. Also, the hotel is located near a several restaurants, convenience stores, and a McDonalds. All in al, it's a solid place. Will stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
