The hotel is furnished in a colonial Victorian style, for me a bit overwhelming. The room is clean with a safe an hair dryer inside. Comfortable beds although bathrooms needs renovation.The breakfast not of big choice. Nice stuff, helpful and kind Good location to see main attractions of Sajgon. It is close to the the centre so you can walk around by night to see main attractions in the lanters' light.

Victory Hotel left us with a mixed impression as we sought to enjoy the traditional "bia hơi Hà Nội" experience. The staff's service was average, nothing extraordinary, and their refusal to change the old-style music was disappointing. We had hoped for a more immersive atmosphere, but unfortunately, it fell short. The food was also a letdown, not living up to our expectations. The lackluster culinary offerings dampened the overall experience. We were hoping for authentic and delicious Vietnamese dishes, but sadly, that was not the case. Seating outside provided an opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, but the downside was the constant noise from passing traffic, which detracted from the ambiance and made conversation challenging. The outdated decor and style gave the place a vintage feel, but not necessarily in a charming way. It seemed more run-down than nostalgic, and that detracted from the overall ambiance. Overall, we rate Victory Hotel with 3 out of 5 stars. While we appreciated the attempt to provide a traditional beer experience, the underwhelming service, subpar food, and noisy surroundings prevent us from returning. We hope that the establishment can address these issues in the future to create a more enjoyable experience for its patrons.

i went to an event that was held at the 6th floor of this hotel. I didn't check in so I can't rate the rooms. The staff that served us during the event were very accommodating and helpful. As in any event, there will be times that you don't get what you need on time, i.e., ice, condiments, utensils, etc. but the staff catered to everyone properly.

The rooms are good and its not expensive. The breakfast buffet needs to be improved. Location is superb. War Remnants Museum is just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel and just behind the hotel there is Co-op Store to buy items conveniently.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
