        I’ve lived here at Vida House for 14 years under two landlords. Way of Life Management here @ VH present excellent quality apartments, good communication all with friendly and efficient tenant relationships. It is for me personally the perfect apartment block to reside in, great commuting connections, quiet, regularly cleaned communal areas and outside rear garden space. Rebecca and Sam run the block with a professional and caring approach, thank you guys!

        My partner and I lived at Vida House for 1 year and would've stayed longer if it hadn't been for an unexpected change in our lives. Moving in was an incredibly fast and smooth process, and overall a pleasant experience. We moved in as the building was being renovated, which certainly brought a handful of challenges. However, Sam and Rebecca have made sure to communicate every detail as soon as possible, so we were always aware of what was happening. They were always very understanding, responsive, and supportive to whatever needs we may have. Even requests like getting a meter reading were fulfilled on the same day, which made it very pleasant to deal with these kinds of admin tasks. When it came to renewing our tenancy, Rebecca did everything in her power to negotiate a good price for us, without a massive increase and showed that she really cares about the tenants. Unfortunately, we decided to move out, however, we would both be more than happy to move back, as this really is an amazing value for money. The rent is really not too bad for the space you get but what really makes this place amazing is the quality of appliances (and even the flooring etc.), the amazing service from Rebecca and Sam, having a parcel room and parcel locker on site, as well as a maintenance team, and the location (close to major stations and big supermarkets). I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to move in this area!

        We moved to Vida last month and our experience has been amazing so far, thankfully. The flat viewing was very helpful with Sam providing accurate information about the property and the units. There is a back garden where pets can walk anytime, bike storage and car park. It’s good that the property’s tidiness is maintained and there are no pet noise issues. The building looks decent from outside while inside one wouldn’t expect such spacious hallways. It’s quiet and secured, you can really feel the privacy. The units too are spacious as compared to others offered for same rate in the market. We moved in to a re-painted unit with brand new blinds installed. The large windows in both lounge and bedroom are my favourite as they reflect natural light. All our requests (pre and during tenancy) were timely fulfilled by the on-site team (Sam and Rebecca) such as replacing the sofa in the lounge and collecting the tv stand as its size isn’t suitable to our tv. We appreciate their responsiveness to our queries and requests. So far we are loving our stay at Vida 💕🙏🏼

        A well run, quiet, secure, well managed & recently renovated building. I strongly recommend Vida House if you want to live in SE8.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
