We did not stay at the hotel. We discovered the restaurant and bar as we walked along the beach. The front of the bar/restaurant sits directly in front of and two metres above the beach. Metres from the water and the view of the entire bay is unobstructed and stunning. We fell in love with the Coconut Frappe's and Cappuccino's, making the short trek up the beach every day to sit on their balcony. I don't understand how they are the only hotel to offer this spectacular start to a day. May I say to Martin and his beautiful, hospitable staff, thank you for making our morning visits so enjoyable...

Great place hotel/bungalow. Amazing infinity pool and palm trees 🌴 garden. One of the places you can relax and feel peaceful. The breakfast buffet is so delicious ,lot's of Vietnamese dishes and wide variety of continental cuisine. Restaurant and bar is operating from early morning till late night 🌙 quality/price ratio is great 👍 for sure I will come back again 🥰

The location beats the rest along the 1-2km i walked along Long beach (in my opinion) it is the cleanest and most beautiful beachside. It has a great chill place. The breakfast buffer its quite nice, offering some Vietnamese specialties as well as some western food. The staff is quite friendly, and the bar prices are quite fine for being where it is, 20k local beer? Great! The only negative thing I have to say, and In my experience was quite bad its the bed, it was awful! The room was quite small but fine, but the bed, oh.. horrible! They offer some activities, which we didn’t take, but we did rent a scooter. The scooter was in quite bad condition, it was cheap though.. and they didn’t ask for any deposit or sign any papers whatsoever, I guess Vietnam can be wild sometimes?

Our stay at the resort was amazing. The bungalows are very cute, clean and modern. The best is the location though: When you step outside your room you only have to walk a few meters to be at Long Beach and the ocean. There are sun chairs and the restaurant/bar at the beach. Also the infinity pool is very nice. The staff is friendly and helps you booking tours. We highly recommend the hotel. We will always go back there when visiting Phu Quoc.

Exceptional stay! Prime beach location, a fantastic swimming pool and good food options for vegetarians like us. The chef's complimentary breakfast salad was a delightful surprise. The staff's friendly service made our visit memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect beachside getaway!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
