Geotag is misplaced. Hotel is on CTM between 5th and 10th. Building is new, so there’s construction material laying about. Rooms are good and clean. Sheets and towels are new, too. Each room appears to have a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee brewer and hot plate, plus some pans. Great for price, location and extras (small breakfast and dinner are included at a nearby restaurant)

We stayed one night at the Playa Suites with a couple of friends. No sign indicates the hotel, the reception is behind a tinted window. There is a possibility of parking in front of the hotel but parking costs per day. The welcome is correct, the daytime receptionist explains to us that the evening meal, as well as breakfast, is included in the price of the room. Otherwise the hotel is close to the center, we can get around on foot. In the photos, the hotel looks clean and has a swimming pool. The swimming pool or rather the paddling pool was dusty and unusable. The room was dirty, and to top it all off, there was a water cut. The night receptionist did not understand the problem so we changed rooms. A much smaller room than the first for 4 people. In the second room the water was there, but unfortunately not the heat!! A nice cold shower.

The facility is a typical fraud - payment only by card without a receipt, so in the event of any problems, a refund is not possible. But this does not prevent entities promoting accommodation from promoting it on their websites. So I warn you because the quality of services provided by this facility is a disaster

The hotel has no name, they give another address that is not in booking, the breakfast is very austere and they give you flavored water instead of coffee or milk at breakfast. I felt unsafe in the rooms and they don't know what the employees have in their facilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
