Don’t stay here! They will upcharge you for every little thing. I booked 2 hotels for 4 people and upon arrival they said i only booked it as one person and the other three are charged as an extra $50. There was also poop like substance on my shower curtain? And then they charged me extra for a towel because they said they wouldn’t be able to wash my hair out of it(but I’ve literally washed my towel before with no issues). Also, our ac wasn’t working and we booked two rooms with city views and only one room had a city view lol. The room was okay though and a lot of the workers were actually friendly but when asked to show policies of these things they actually had no evidence to back anything up. We just ran into a lot of issues so i would not recommend staying here. My parents stayed at the liberty hotel right next to it and they had a nicer experience for the same price!

Very good location in the heart of the city. Easy access to any part of Vietnam and Cambodia. Rooms are near and tidy with good house keeping team. Breakfast continental was delicious 😋

Had a blast staying here! I highly recommend this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. We were greeted with a warm smile and they can speak English well. We booked a queen size bed. I think our room is originally a twin bed but I was glad they found a way to put the beds together and make it a big one! Our room is spacious, good for about 2-3 people. It is cleaned daily and toilettries are refilled daily too. There's wifi at the ground floor in case you need to book a Grab. The breakfast buffet was great too! For safety, they require that you return your room keys at the reception when you go out. The location was also great -- it is near everything! Convenience store, coffee shops, shopping stalls, restaurants, etc.! I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Vietnam!

First time in Vietnam here. For starters, it’s in a great location. There’s an absolutely incredible night life scene around here. A nice relaxing park in front of it, and plenty of food choices. My rating was an instant 5 star when I met Khanh at the door. He went out of his way to assist me and even ran after me down the road to help me with my stuff 😂. This guy is a legend that anyone in customer service should aspire to be.

Decently clean rooms comfortable but the AC not cold enough and bring your own shower gel and hair conditioner. Service is very good and polite. Breakfast is just average but the pho’ is pretty good. Wish they would wash their salads better as sometime have some stale spots. Can be quite noisy at night because it is near the walking street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
