The hotel was lovely and clean. The people including Adam on reception were so helpful. Adam spoke great English and it was great talking to him. Xu Nguyen next door made breakfast every day. Xxx there were motorbikes to hire for 5 pounds a day. All in all great....I am going back in 24.

An amazing hotel with fantastic facilities and even better staff. A big thank you to all the cleaners for their hard work and humour, and especially to the reception staff - Hung, Lily and Son. Hung is a great man! very humourous and friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Lily is an incredible woman! Graceful, friendly, hard working and I truly believe her smile could stop wars. And finally, I wanna give a special mention to Son. It was such a pleasure to see this young man working so hard day and night. If he continues with this attitude and commitment to his job, then I can guarantee he will have an extremely bright future, and will achieve anything and everything he sets out to do. Thank you very much guys! I had a great time

The hotel staff makes this hotel amazing. They are very helpful and always make sure you are okay. There is a mini bar in the room, but no price list. So, I personally didn't know it was a mini bar. I thought it was a cute welcome gift or something. Maybe I was being stupid, but just in case anyone else has a moment. They offer bike rentals at the hotel as well. The hotel is right across from the beach and very walkable. The pool gets sun on it in the morning, but after like 2 pm, it does get it anymore. I thought the pool is clean and has chlorine init. I would recommend hiring a bike as there are not many places to eat at. Though we did find one call casa ma. I think that's its name. It's basically left out of the hotel. You come to a junction, keep walking up and it's on the left with other restaurants. But it's the one attached to the shop where you can get snack etc. It's a family run place. They also did our washing :)

We had a very nice stay here. Rooms and location were great. But I think the best thing is the very helpful staff at the frontdesk. They gave us many tips and helped book tours at a reasonable price. Especially Adam has been a greayt help!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
