I wish I could give 50 stars. Because this 5 stars are not enough to describe how amazing was my experience in viewfront Ella. The best thing I could tell u about this place is the amazing host, David. That took care of me like a father. He made sure I’m ok every day, that I feel safe, he helped me in so many situations, and he is an honest, amazing host. Other then that, the room was remarkable. The view is jut mesmerizing, and the room is super clean, spacious, and you get everything that you need. If you’d be lucky you will meet David’s sweet puppies. I loved this place so much that I stayed here 4 nights, when I planned originally to stay for one night. I would come back to stay in Ella only here!

The location is at height and the rooms are almost 3 stories downstairs. It was a little tricky to reach the room, but the location and rooms were comfortable. Especially the owner, an ex-military person, made sure we were comfortable. Provided us with all necessary equipment.

The mountain view was so sensational, we really enjoyed a couple of nights at viewfront, price is reasnobale and service is good The only problem elders might face here is the stairs if they decide to take the down hill apartment:)

The view over the balcony is truly amazing with Ella rock view The hotel had all the facilities inclusive of a mini fridge, there’s a kitchen with all the appliances you need and the owner didn’t charge us for using them And as we arrived there by night mail train early around 8.30am in the morning he provided us accommodation from a neighboring homestay to refresh ourselves . And even the pets here are so friendly and even the assistant too. Highly recommend this place for anyone 👍

It is near Ella railway station and the city. The view from the balcony is really amazing. The hotel provides every facility like comfortable room, guest amenities and clean environment. Overall experience was great and value for money. I would recommend the Viewfront to anyone planning a stay at the Ella city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
