Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has plenty to choose from. Even for the fussy eater. Hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff do a wonderful job. The swimming pool looks very inviting as I have yet to try it. They have a well presented spa with pool, sauna and massage rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You do need to wear a swimming cap which is compulsory.

We had such a lovely time staying here. The staff were really friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The day before we left there was a bottle of wine left and our hotel room which was a lovely touch as it happened to be our wedding anniversary as well. There were plenty of lounges around the pool to sit on and the food and beer in the hotel was nice.

Much like the other vila gales, the amenities are great and so is the location. By this, I mean the restaurants, buffets, spa, pools, gym, and it's about 12 minutes from the beach and like 15 from the elevators to old town. The pool is very nice and big, and close to the kids pool which is around a foot or so deep. There's one water slide and it's indoors. The indoor pool you need a swim cap. The jacuzzi though, you don't need a cap. The jacuzzi is cool here, its isolated away in a separate room. Don't be deceived when you first pull up. From the front it's like a normal hotel but it has a lot more vertical space than it seems. This brand of hotels is awesome.

Certainly not a 4* hotel, possibly when it first opened but needs to be downgraded to at most a 3*. Dated and in need of an upgrade. Corridors dark and badly lit. The bathroom had a drain smell, which was made worse by a heavy downpour. Not enough hangers, 10 in total, luckily we brought our own. Towels were on the thin side. The restaurant was extremely busy....seemed too small for the number of people. Every morning, they ran out of tea bags/milk/dishes/cutlery/pastries and were slow replenishing. The pool area needed cleaning and was dull and soulless. The pool bar seemed to be occupied by loud, drunk middle-aged male gangs whistling at any female walking past.....very intimidating. We didn't find it noisy even being in a room road side not poolside, but there was an organised event on the Saturday night opposite the hotel where cars raced up and down a closed off road. It ended around 11:45pm. The location was great, and a 10-minute walk to the old town. I would say, though, that there is a slight hill, so it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Having just spent a week here we found the location to be perfect, the choice at breakfast is also very good but for us that is where the good points end. The hotel is very dated and could do with a complete overall to modernise it, the corridors are dark, no ceiling lights in the room and out toilet constantly ran water from the cistern to the bowl which was very annoying. The dust on the air con unit wasn’t a couple of months worth it looked more like a couple of years worth(pictures included). I took some water from the breakfast sitting as I need to take some medical tablets before 10am well you would of thought I’d taken the coffee machine as a member of staff actually chased me to the lift and said you carnt take that. It’s certainly not a family hotel either as there were groups of lads drinking from 9 in the morning around the pool area being rowdy, bad language and generally making it impossible to relax. Not much chance of us returning unfortunately

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
