Great apartments close to everything - restaurants, the beach. Staff at front desk are very helpful, our housekeeper was so very friendly The steak night at the restaurant was very good, can’t beat Canadian beef but delicious! Pool area was big with lots of loungers, grounds and landscaping is beautiful Thoroughly enjoyed time spent here !!!

Wonderful staff, spotless hotel and grounds, large swimming pool, ideal location. Nothing negative to say whatsoever, we had a medical emergency and staff were amazing, they totally took charge of situation and made all necessary arrangements, outstanding customer service. Thank you Villa Petra, look forward to seeing you again.

Amazing hotel , Staff are very friendly & helpful . Pool is a great size no need to rush out for sun loungers . Bellux Entertainment are fabulous!!! We arrived late at night the Man on the desk was extremely helpful with the check in . You are also giving a card if you wish to use in the hotel (drink & food) and you pay the bill when leaving . Mini shop on site very reasonable prices, .you can purchase individual dishwasher tablets for 30 cent. We stayed in a one bed apartment with pool view which was very spacious . We will definitely return to Vila Petra Hotel .

Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Rooms: We booked a 1 bed apartment (2 adults, 2 Teenagers) and there was plenty of space. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. Great kitchen with everything in it that you would need. Even a dishwasher!!! The cleaning staff are so friendly and do a fantastic job. The pool area is spotless, lots of beds and umbrella’s. There are lots of little games dotted around, chess, draughts, table tennis etc, a football pitch and basket ball court. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are lovely. A good gym available for anyone wanting to work out and towels for the sun beds if needed. We ate in the restaurant, the bar and the snack bar and have no complaints about any of the food we got. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that but even if you weren’t full board, you could have breakfast for €15 or so. The pool bar was always busy but the cocktails were delicious in the hot afternoons. The Bellux Entertainment Team brought so much fun each day to the pool. They came around everyone each morning to say hello and to get everyone involved in the different planned activities. Ana, Mariana, Joshua & Lorenzo and all the rest of team are just fantastic. They do a great job at making everyone feel welcome and entertained. The hotel staff are all so friendly and always happy to help. The staff at reception are all lovely and so willing to help with anything you need. The mini mart is great and the laundry room is available for €4 for the washing machine and €4 for the dryer. The bar staff were always lovely and we had the best Irish Coffees in the Stone Bar. Well Worth a try. Overall, our experience with Vila Petra and all their staff was brilliant. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Some amazing parts to this hotel and some down sides aswell. So will list them as easy to read Positives . Apartments big and spacious very well kitted out. Oven, fridge, microwave even a dishwasher separate hob and extractor fan. . Very clean and tidy and turn down service every single day. . Great location about 5 min from start of strip around 10 min from aldi. . Shop on site fantastic and great value. . Restaurants great and good price. . Pool big clean and lots of loungers. Negatives . Very strict pool rules. ( no inflatables er ) . Extremely quite so if u want something slightly lively not the hotel for you. . Staff can be a little rude and abrupt depending on if they take a liking to you or not. . Towels in bathroom are small. . No TV in bedroom. All In all a great hotel with a really good location could he slightly better with some small improvements however would definitely stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
