        Spacious rooms, beautiful beach view and super helpful staff. I had the pool view room and it was beautiful to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Lovely modern bathroom, large comfortable bed and close to plenty of great resturants.

        This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are very few rooms so you do not feel crowded by other guests, and there is ample room in the lounge area/pool and garden area to manouver around those that do stay here, who all seem to have the same idea of how to spend a holiday - in peace and tranquility. The warm ocean is a hop, skip and a jump down from the garden/sunbathing area; you could spend hours in the water and at about half an hour's walk down the fine sand beach you have a great restaurant, called JHL, for grilled jumbo prawns. The room we stayed in was spacious and the en-suite was, by the looks of it, recently fitted with very large open glass-walled shower and long clean-cut sink and mirror. Not had the need for AC in the UK but here it is lush to step in from the heat to a cool room. Lastly, and what really made this trip special, was the quality of service we received while we were here. Staff were friendly and attentive and knew when to leave guests to their own devices and when to ask if everything was in order. The details, especially on the last night, were superb, and we really did feel at home here thanks to the people looking after us. I cannot finish this review without a special mention of the chef, who was top class. Whole-heartedly recommend the sea food platter for dinner as everything is caught the same morning, it is truly delicious - we asked for it specifically for our New Year's mean as it happens. In fact, everything that came out from the kitchen was perfect. For breakfast, you have the choice of Sri Lankan or European-style; we had the Sri Lankan most days, which consists of Dhaal and another type of meat/fish/vegetable curry along with rice or rottis. There was no set menu for lunch or dinner during our stay, instead our food orders were bespoke and varied depending on our preference for that day, and we were never disappointed in the slightest. All in all, a trip that we will look back on with very fond memories. Thank you to all at Villa 46 for such a wonderful experience.

        My wife and I started our honeymoon in Sri Lanka at Villa 46, and it really was the perfect start to our holiday. The location was fantastic - right on the beach, close enough to town to walk in but far enough was to escape the crazy. The Villa itself is exceptional - beautiful rooms, great pool, amazing view, just perfect really. The staff were amazing, always on hand to look after us and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also some of the best we had in Sri Lanka, and while not cheap was very reasonably priced - especially the curry which was both cheap and delicious! Highly recommend for all travellers wanting something a little bit special.

        I stayed with my family and friends for two nights in April. Well-maintained villa and easy access to Hikkaduwa town. Food was basic and not up to the standard. Villa management really needs to pay attention to food quality and hire an experienced chef for such a villa. Air-condition at one of the ground floor bedroom was leaking throughout our stay. Top-floor living area air conditions were also not working. Wifi-connection was extremely slow as they had a basic internet package. Overall experience was ok. But, no value for money.

        We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves and it was such a beautiful and relaxing stay. Everything was nice, the room, the pool, access to the beach, the food and a friendly staff.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
