Affordable and quality stay. The location is very convenient. The bus stand and railway stations are in walking distance. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms are not so large, but had all the facilities you'd expect for the price and very clean.

I recently stayed at Villa 92, and it exceeded my expectations for a hostel. The cleanliness of both the rooms and restrooms was impressive. Positioned in a prime location, everything was conveniently within walking distance. The owner's kindness and helpfulness added to the positive experience, as he even provided guidance to local places. Overall, Villa 92 is a great value for money hostel.

This place is wonderful. It’s located in a colonial era heritage building so the vibe is quite different and nice. The manager, Mohammed is such a sweet man and goes over and above to make sure everything is okay. It’s located walking distance from the city centre and there are a bunch of restaurants within 100-200 meters. We stayed in the dorms. The beds were super clean and toilets and showers were very clean too. Highly recommended for its incredible budget price.

Nice place but no WiFi so no TV. Bathroom towels were very dirty. After 9 you have to call and open the reception door other wise closed by 9. Overall service was OK but value for money.

Located approximately 1 km from the city center in the Peradeniya road. The room was spacious with all basic facilities including air conditioning and hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paid parking was available in the CCC car park next door. Great value for the money if you want to visit the temple of the tooth or city center attractions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
