        Bar the gorgeous views of Camps Bay and the lovely daily cleaner, Vanessa, we found the villa to be extremely dated and disappointing and is certainly anything but ‘world class’ as advertised. Two of the bedrooms do not have air conditioning despite the advert stating they do. One of the fans was broken upon arrival along with a clogged with limescale shower head which dribbled out water of which both had to be replaced during our stay. We booked this villa because we wanted all bedrooms to have en-suite; only 3 out of the 4 are, with one bedroom having a dedicated bathroom across the hallway. The condition of the bathrooms and kitchen areas is poor and in desperate need of complete refurbishment - there’s only so much the cleaning lady can do day to day. The fridge wobbles considerably when opened and closed. The whole villa is extremely well used and would at the very least benefit from an industrial deep clean. Generally the lamps around either don’t work or are located away from sockets. The pool was dirty on arrival with a broken cleaning machine with no sign of it being repaired. The guys came to clean it during our stay but again, can only do so much when the equipment is broken. The pool water feature doesn’t work despite the TotalStay advert photo capturing it on. The balcony frame and doors to the master bedroom are rotting and off their track and as such cannot be opened fully to appreciate the space. One of the mattresses was a filthy hard orthopaedic mattress which quite frankly should be in the skip. It was so firm and dirty my sister needed to use spare duvets to cover the surface from the stains and reduce the hardness in order to sleep. Some bedrooms have minimal furniture (no wardrobes etc) and despite the villa accommodating 8 people there were only 4 loungers provided. The air conditioning units on inspection could do with a thorough clean & service. On a positive, whilst dated, the lounge area is comfortable enough. Being a frequent visitor to Cape Town, we won’t be booking a Totaltay place again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
