The location is the main reason we booked this hotel. It is in relatively close proximity to most of the major attractions like castello Sao Jorge, easy transit ride to Belem, etc. The general charm of the rooms is also to be appreciated. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The only complaint I have was the sofa bed was extremely squeaky. So squeaky that is woke me up as I was turning sides. Other than that it’s a great place to stay for the price. Oh! And the shower! It’s not what I expected but it was one of the best showers I have used in a long time in any hotel I’ve stayed at. The pressure is perfect, and the shower dail give you ultimate control of the temperature!

Fantastic central location with a spacious, clean room with a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. My stay went smoothly thanks to the professional, competent, courteous, and responsive staff. I would definitely return and highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Lisbon. Location is perfect as it is extremely close to public transportation, shopping district, restaurants, and the Santa Justa Elevador. Staff was very friendly and prompt. We arrived early and they stored our bags while they made our room a priority to clean and got us checked in a little early. I managed to lock myself out of the room safe and they had it fixed within minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. They did a refresh clean after our first night and it was very well done especially considering we have two small kids ages 7 and 3. My kids loved the balcony and views to the street below. Really glad I booked this place. Would definitely recommend to others.

Stayed for a week at this hotel and were very satisfied. Email communications prior to arrival were generally very good, and they were able to price-match an offer found on another website. We had sound issues with our first room, and they provided a solution as soon as they were able. Hotel is very centrally located, and easy to get to many restaurants and tourist sites from here. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

Such a pleasant stay, I'd recommend this hotel and would return. The rooms are very comfortable, we enjoyed a small kitchenette for breakfast/ coffee prior to exploring during the days. Staff was entirely accommodating, cheerful, and knowledgeable.The location is central so we could move short distances to every landmark! Many, many choices for dining close by! 😁🇵🇹

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
