The owner from the UK 🇬🇧 is very kind. In my case, he even cooked dinner for me when my flight arrived late. You can imagine how happy I was when it was raining heavily in the countryside at night. I wanted to go to the spa during the day, and my wife from Vietnam called me to make an appointment. Someone came to pick me up without saying a word, which was super convenient! They even organized a taxi for me to go to and from the hotel, which saved me a lot of trouble! Riding a bicycle was fun, but it was said that it was completely dark after 5:30 at night, and there were no street lights near the Villa, which almost scared me to death😱! So if you are a single backpacker, remember to pay extra attention⚠️! I think that many things are related to each other, so I feel their kindness and recommend it to everyone.

A property worth experiencing! Villa owner Blake and his wife are very friendly and take good care of their guests. Bicycles and helmets are provided free of charge. The room is very clean, new and modern, the bed is of good material, very comfortable. After a night at the villa, we went to Cu Lao Cham island to sleep, then came back to stay another night at Villa Blake because we were satisfied with the villa's service. Thank you very much Hien and Blake! Hope to see you next time!!

My family has stayed at the villa several times and is very satisfied. The room is beautiful, large and airy. New interior. Very clean. The owner and her husband are enthusiastic. Villa is located between the old town and the sea, convenient transportation. However, renting a motorbike will make traveling faster.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
